One Stop continue their customer centric journey with Galleria
Having worked together for more than a decade One Stop continue to develop their long standing connection with the leading provider of retail and category planning, automation and optimization solutions, Galleria.
As the UK’s leading convenience retailer, One Stop provide a crucial service to their customers across over 700 stores in England and Wales. “Making what matters locally better together” sees the retailer take the next step in their customer centric journey through the use of new retail planning solutions. Implementing Galleria’s Foundation Services, Behavioral Cluster Planning, Strategic Assortment and Intelligent Store Optimization will ensure the retailer continues to enhance the shopping experience across the entire estate.
“Having seen great results with Galleria’s solutions since the millennium, we’re really excited to be working with them again to further enhance our understanding of the customers who sit at the heartland of our business” said Mervin Nugent, Senior Range Planner at One Stop.
Already a long standing client, One Stop has been using Galleria’s Customer Centric Merchandising solution for planogram automation and optimization for a number of years. The implementation of Behavioral Cluster Planning will provide a better understanding of their consumers, assisting the retailer to understand how their categories are being shopped. Combining this with further functionality from assortment and macro space planning applications will enable One Stop to improve customer satisfaction further, providing “great value locally” through targeted space and assortment recommendations for every category in each store.
Augmenting their customer centric strategy with the automated identification of category variations and targeted store groupings combined with category strategy ensures that One Stop will be able to plan, automate and optimize assortment and macro space through a fresh ability to account for and refine localized demand.
“We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with One Stop and look forward to guiding them on the next step of their customer centric journey” states Kristie Davison, Business Development Consultant, Galleria.
